Preinstall drivers windows 7

In device manager it shows as "PCI Device". I tried all the drivers from Dell as well as most of the drivers from Intel. I will try the hotfix from Microsoft but what else can I do? Im not trying to install windows 7 on it, just use it as storage, secondary drive. We are following up the thread and we would like to know if you require further assistance.
