It is where all song artists create songs by piecing together tracks. There are many different ones with different people having different preferences. But if you are new to the music recording world then Garageband is a great place to start. For this reason, it has massive potential but it does make it a bit confusing for the beginner.

The pre-loaded sounds do sound quite robotic and it is hard to compose a full song that will sound professional using just the MIDI samples.
