Along the sides of the keyboard there are often clips 'they are tiny' or screws, to get to them you have to remove the top bezel by prising it off with a screw driver and sometimes even the side keys,be careful with the bezel is you haven't removed all the screws you could break it. There are often two clips one at each side that you have to press with a screwdriver,once all the screws are removed press them simultaneously or press one and prise one side up then press the other side.
I can't find a service manual for your laptop it appears they don't make one and I've never worked on one of those so I am flying blind,are those laptops sold under a different name or by a different company? Salami, I am looking for a set of the recovery disks you mention for Hi Grade VA, My missus voluntered me to fix her friends laptop.. I can see the hidden partition but cannot find anyway to access this during boot, I have tried all the normal solutions, but to no avail.
